Day Two With the Twins...

Well day two with the twins and it started early!
Jake had a basketball game at 8:30 this morning.

Getting 4 kids up and out the door by 8:10 was quite a challenge, but we did it!

The game was great. The twins had a blast cheering for their cousin... "Go Jake!!!!"

By the third quarter however Ethan and Elaine had lost interest in the game and became completely enthralled by the wall behind us. Who knows why, but they were fascinated by this white, brick wall???

After the game we all headed over to Frisch's for some breakfast.

Yummmm!!!

There's nothing like wrapping up a busy day with baths!






The twins had so much fun playing with Morgan and Jake's old bath toys.

They don't get played with much anymore now that Morgan and Jake take showers.

I miss when my kids were this age, but man toddlers are hard work!

The Twins Spend the Weekend

The twins came to spend the weekend with us!!

New Years Day

After sleeping in a bit everyone woke up this morning ready for another day playing in the water park.


The "flush" is always a favorite of the kids. It is basically like a big toilet bowl that you spin around in before getting flushed down the drain!

All of this fun makes everyone pretty hungry!

New Years Eve

We spent New Years Eve at Fort Rapids this year.

After spending the afternoon playing in the water everyone donned their New Years attire for all of the hotel festivities!!

It's always so much fun to play on the slides and such !

A Few Days in Cincinnati

The kids and I decided to take advantage of our time off of work and school to spend a few days with Jenny and her kids in Cincinnati.

On Monday, we all headed over to the Cincinnati Museum Center for a day of fun.

Jake stands under the barage of falling balls. (Ethan and Aunt Jenny wisely stay a few feet back!!)

Christmas... Part 2

We met up with Daddy's side of the family on the day after Christmas.

It was great to celebrate with Uncle Chuck, Aunt Tammy, Mariah, Lily, and Grandma Dorothy.

Christmas at Nonie & Poppy's

After spending the morning checking out the gifts that Santa brought them, we all headed over to Nonie and Poppy's house to celebrate Christmas with Mommy's side of the family.

Jake got a lot more presents, including Puffles and World of Zoo.

Morgan cleaned up in the present department as well.
